Online Pilates Classes are led by our physiotherapists who have trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). Our online classes are suitable for all abilities. As we talk through and demonstrate the exercises we will suggest modifications to make them more or less challenging depending on your ability.
If you have never done Pilates before we recommend that you watch our videos on YouTube which explain the important 5 key elements you need to work on through your Pilates practice. There are other videos which demonstrate and explain in more detail, some of the basic exercises.
When trying the classes at home it is important that you move through a range of movement that is comfortable to you. Also, take a rest if you need to as you don't have to complete all the repetitions, especially when you first start.
