Pilates for Cyclists

Pilates exercises are great for improving your performance on the bike. A strong core helps to reduce wasted energy caused by pulling through the arms, maximising the energy transfer through the legs giving you more pedal power. Cyclists can get very stiff through the upper back, hips and hamstrings, so stretching these areas out and keeping them flexible is invaluable.
