Hear it from our customers

Discover what our customers have to say about their experience with us, from our treatments to our customer service.

I am a 60 year old woman with arthritis – I have had 2 very successful knee replacements but have issues with my back, feet and, lately, hip.

I am otherwise fit and have just retired, along with my husband. I am determined to manage my pain and mobility so we can enjoy this for many years to come.

I have been going to Laura for massage, physio, ultrasound and advice for 2 and a half years and her help in managing my various problems has been outstanding. Her familiarity with my spine and what it needs is amazing.

We all know that arthritis does not go away and will likely progress, but Laura’s expert yet humanly sensitive care makes everything so much more bearable. She listens, lets me talk truthfully about my pain and treats me as a whole person, not just various bits of body. She is such a positive person and we laugh quite a bit!

Everyone who works for Omnia is professional, friendly and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend them!

Anne Hunter

I Booked with Samantha after hearing good reviews, I’d nearly given up hope i might ever run again and was quite traumatised by my injury, Within a few sessions my pain subsided,Within a few more sessions and weeks I was able to run again with low levels of pain,Within a few months and regular sessions im running pain free and building fitness slowly but surely, I now have hope I can be as good or better than ever , Samantha’s Empathy and expertise is worth every penny and second of my Rehabilitation time, I feel like a miracle has been performed, Thank-you very much Omnia

Paul Furness

Was awesome working with Philip and the team, great advice gratefully received and now pain free. I highly recommend!

Carl McIntyre

Really grateful to Sam at Omnia Physio for her thorough assessment and rehab support through multiple running-related injuries over the past couple of years. Thanks to her help, I’ve been able to return to training in time for big events—including ultras and marathons—and even exceed my race expectations, despite initially questioning whether I’d be able to participate at all.

Would highly recommend Omnia Physio to any runners, athletes, or anyone working through injury or recovery.

Alice Bourne

I first saw Laura 4 years ago with a back problem which she fixed. I then started to attend their Pilates classes which are small groups so the teacher knows everyone’s issues and can tailor exercises accordingly.
I’ve recommended Omnia to several friends and will continue to do so.

Marie Ward

Pilates is excellent. Structured to all abilities but really works the muscles.

Ruth Hedderwick

My husband (Mark) had a left part knee replacement in January 2025, following years of knee issues and surgeries. The support, expertise, knowledge & motivation he received from Laura was simply exceptional. Laura spent time to understand his objectives, put measures and metrics in place to gauge progress and played an integral part in Mark’s rehabilitation. He is now back at Cross Fit, Muay Thai and recently completed an endurance challenge called 4 x 4 x 48. His progress has been amazing and a big thank you to Laura at Omnia Physio, who played a massive role in getting him back to his normal activities.

Michelle Perren

The Pilates classes at Omnia Physio are excellent. I really appreciate the clear instructions Sam gives that help me know what I’m supposed to be doing and why, and the classes are always well planned and expertly tailored to the individuals. I think my strength, balance and flexibility have improved, and in addition classes are enjoyable because of the supportive and friendly atmosphere.
