A comprehensive assessment and treatment lasting up to one hour.
You will be given a full explanation of your problem, an initial treatment and bespoke exercises and advice.
PHYSIOTHERAPY FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT
An half hour treatment session which may include manual therapy, acupuncture and/or electrotherapy
depending on your problem.
You will also receive exercise progressions and advice to help you continue your recovery.
VIDEO CONSULTATION - INITIAL ASSESSMENT
A comprehensive assessment and treatment lasting up to 45 minutes.
You will be given a full explanation of your problem, a personal recovery plan and bespoke exercises and advice.
VIDEO CONSULTATION - FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT
An half hour follow up session which will include a detailed evaluation of your current status, with advice and explanation as required.
Your exercises will be progressed and new goals set to help you continue your recovery.
SPORTS MASSAGE with a sports massage therapist or physiotherapist
A 45 minute deep tissue massage aiming to manipulate the muscles and connective tissues, help address
any tightness or restriction you may have and increase circulation. May include techniques such as soft tissue release and myofascial release. This longer session is ideal for your first session or if you would like us to work on large areas such as back or legs.
SPORTS MASSAGE with sports massage therapist or Physiotherapist
A 30 minute deep tissue massage aiming to manipulate the muscles and connective tissues, help address any tightness or restriction you may have and increase circulation. Ideal if you have been to us before or wish us to concentrate on a small area such as neck or specific joint.

1 : 2 PILATES
A one hour session for two for physio-led clinical Pilates. Perfect if you want to enjoy Pilates with a friend or partner. A great introduction to the Pilates approach, and a useful way to progress without committing to a group.
Pre-class 1 : 1 PILATES
A 30 minute introduction to the fundamentals of Pilates such as breathing and alignment. This session is suitable for people who have never done Pilates before, or need to have their suitability for group exercise assessed (due to injury or after surgery for example), prior to attending a class.
