Q: Who is your occupational health service for?

Our occupational health service is designed for businesses across Rugby and the surrounding area, from small employers to larger organisations. We work with HR teams, line managers and occupational health departments to support employees experiencing musculoskeletal pain, work-related injuries, or recovery from surgery.

Q: What does an onsite assessment involve?

We come to your workplace to assess employees in their actual working environment. This includes a clinical examination, a review of the workstation or task involved, and practical recommendations for any adjustments. Where useful, we can also deliver short education sessions on injury prevention or ergonomics.

Q: Do you provide reports for HR or occupational health teams?

Yes. Following any assessment we provide a written report covering our findings, treatment recommendations, and clear return-to-work guidance. Reports are written in plain language so non-clinical colleagues can act on them, while still meeting the standards expected by occupational health and HR teams.

Q: Can you treat individual employees at the clinic?

Yes. Many businesses prefer to refer employees into our Rugby clinic for assessment and treatment, particularly for ongoing rehabilitation. We can blend clinic-based and onsite work depending on what suits the employee and the role.
