Occupational Health Physiotherapy
Omnia Physio offer Occupational Health Physiotherapy to businesses in and around Rugby.
Workplace physiotherapy that supports your business and your people. Omnia Physio works with Rugby employers to reduce sickness absence, manage work-related injuries, and get staff back to full performance. From onsite assessments to return-to-work support, we deliver evidence-based care tailored to your workforce.

Our Approach
The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy recognises the vital role of physiotherapy in promoting return to work and maintaining a healthy workforce. Omnia Physio achieve this using a combination of work-focused healthcare and timely advice with an overarching bio-psychosocial approach to management. We support our patients to self-manage both common and more complex health conditions and promote independence in the context of their whole life.
We identify and manage potential barriers to a successful and sustained return to work early on so that the best outcomes are achieved, whether we are helping patients with back or neck pain, trapped nerves such as sciatica, or RSI and other work-related upper limb disorders. Our clinical experience and postgraduate training provides us with a strong clinical evidence base and we use measurable outcomes to demonstrate our effectiveness.
