We encourage our clinicians to share knowledge, discuss cases and learn from one another. Whether you're newly qualified or have years of experience, there is always someone around to ask, bounce ideas off or have a chat with about a tricky case.

We want our clinicians to feel supported rather than isolated, particularly when they're developing their confidence in private practice.

Clinical supervision

Regular protected supervision time to discuss clinical reasoning, challenging cases and your development.

Training and CPD

A CPD budget to support your professional development, plus free places on the courses we host at the clinic. Past courses include Tom Goom's Running Repairs and Bill Taylor's Men's Pelvic Health course.

Peer learning

Learn from the experience and different clinical interests of the wider team.

Career development

As Omnia grows, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop areas of interest.

Pilates development

For clinicians interested in Pilates, there are opportunities to develop your skills and become involved in our Pilates classes.

We are recognised physiotherapy providers to BUPA, AXA PPP, WPA, Healix, Vitality and Simply Health. We also welcome self paying patients, no need for a Doctor's referral.
